To order samples of our laminated boards, you will need to complete the form on the website. In a telephone or e-mail consultation, we advise on the selection of the right board parameters, such as thickness, width, quality class and type of finish. Every effort is made to ensure that the samples match as closely as possible the floors that can be ordered. Seeing and touching the board live and trying it on in the target environment allows you to make the best possible choice.

We produce the floors in two standard thicknesses: 15 and 20 mm. The top layer is 4mm or 6mm and its thickness is up to your choice. Birch plywood with a thickness of 9, 11 or 14 mm is always used as a stabilising layer.

We offer both narrower and wider layered boards. We can produce wooden floors consisting of floorboards in the following widths: 140 mm, 160 mm, 180 mm.

The standard length mix is 700-2200 mm, where the percentage is 700-1100 mm - 30%, 1100-2200 mm - 70%. This is an approximate range and often long boards have a higher proportion than shorter boards.

We distinguish between two quality classes. Prime is a grade one wood floor that has virtually no knots. The Rustic grade may have knots, discolouration or cavities filled in with putty.

Absolutely yes! Artfloors are suitable for underfloor heating. The thermal conductivity for the 15mm thickness is 0.08m2K/W and for the 20mm thickness 0.11 m2K/W.

ArtFloors layered floors are laid with glue. We stock the glue recommended by our installers, which is perfect for installation.

Floors with a solid wood thickness of 4 mm can be sanded twice. A 6 millimetre layer of solid wood offers the possibility of sanding three or four times. As a result, oak laminate floors can be used for at least 20-30 years and, in the case of thicker solid wood, even for around 50 years.

The first step is to choose a specific type of flooring, which can be helped by ordering samples and support by our experts. Once you have made your choice, you can place your order via the online shop or by writing to us an e-mail. When ordering, please provide details for invoicing, the type of finish, the parameters of the chosen floor and its quantity. Upon receipt of the proforma invoice, a deposit of 10% of the order value must be paid. Once the transfer is credited, we proceed with the production of your floor.

When purchasing the floor itself, the VAT rate is 23%. In order to know the final price, VAT must be added to the price quoted. If you decide to use the installation service, the rate for the purchase of the boards and the service is 8%.

Yes, it is possible to order our floors with a comprehensive installation service. This allows you to purchase the sandwich board with 8% VAT. An exact quote is possible after a visual inspection by a parquet worker on site. The fitter will measure the surface accurately, take into account the necessary allowance for laying and take into account non-standard areas (tile joints, floor cracks, treatment at the ceiling). The total area of the rooms including the allowance is taken into account in the valuation, while the actual area in the building is taken into account in the installation.

We deliver our floors nationwide. For orders over 50m2 we provide free transport. For smaller orders, the transport price is agreed individually. Personal collection is also possible.
